RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative duties:
Help coordinate and writing of minutes during meetings
Confidentiality of office figures both inside and outside the office, and any other matter requiring confidentiality and privacy.
Open all general correspondence
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Respond to inquiries
Provide word-processing and secretarial support
Effective verbal and listening communications skills
Computer skills including the ability to spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level
EXPERIENCE
HSC
2. At least 2 years in a similar or related field.
3. Fluent with both spoken and written English and French.
4. Familiar with basic Microsoft Office tools.
5. Responsible and proactive with good planning and organization skills
