Our client in the financial services is seeking to recruit a dynamic Receptionist/Secretary who will report to the Chief Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the proper operation of the main PABX system, answering calls, taking messages.
- Greet the clients and visitors at the reception desk and guide them towards the right department/offices.
- Receive all incoming mails and directing them to the office of the Secretaries for registration.
- Assist the Executive Secretary, when needed, in the administration of the Executive Office.
- Any other cognate duties delegated from time to time by the Chief Executive and the Executive Secretary.
Profile:
- HSC with diploma in Secretarial Studies from a recognise institution.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- Good presentation with pleasant personality.
- Polite and elegant.
- Good communication skills in both English and French.
