Key responsibilities

The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, managing phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office. 

Main Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Welcome clients and visitors in the office. 
  • Answer internal and external phone calls, enquiries, and requests, directing them to the appropriate person. 
  • Record all incoming mail, messages, documents, and files, and distribute them to relevant staff. 
  • Schedule and organize appointments. 
  • Manage and maintain meeting rooms and kitchen area. 
  • Compile and maintain an up-to-date telephone directory of numbers and addresses. 
  • Manage office supplies and other consumables. 
  • Organize overseas trips for staff. 
  • Assist in other administrative duties as requested.
  • Assist in organizing welfare and training activities.
  • Maintain a record of leaves. 

Requirements:

  • Min HSC
  • Experience in the field would be appreciated
  • Fluent in englist and French
