Key responsibilities
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, managing phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors in the office.
- Answer internal and external phone calls, enquiries, and requests, directing them to the appropriate person.
- Record all incoming mail, messages, documents, and files, and distribute them to relevant staff.
- Schedule and organize appointments.
- Manage and maintain meeting rooms and kitchen area.
- Compile and maintain an up-to-date telephone directory of numbers and addresses.
- Manage office supplies and other consumables.
- Organize overseas trips for staff.
- Assist in other administrative duties as requested.
- Assist in organizing welfare and training activities.
- Maintain a record of leaves.
Requirements:
- Min HSC
- Experience in the field would be appreciated
- Fluent in englist and French
