We are looking for a receptionist to handle administrative tasks, managing phone calls and ensuring efficient communication within the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and redirect them to the concerned department
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate department and take messages when necessary
- Take accurate messages, provide general information and assist with basic queries of callers
- Assist with adminitrative HR tasks
Requirements:
- Min HSC
- Experience in the field would be appreciated
- Fluent in englist and French
