Horizon Holidays is looking for a Motivated, Smiling, Proactive & Experienced Receptionist
Main responsabilities:
- Ensure that all incoming calls are answered in a timely and polite manner
- Ensure all visitors are greeted appropriately
- Deal with queries and provide correct information
- Monitor people coming and going through the reception doors
- Be aware of and report any suspicious activities
- Maintain & control common areas
- Ensure Property audits are done once a month with the appropriate check-list
- Maintain, control, despatch and order office & on-site consumables
- Ensure meeting rooms are perfectly ready for meetings
- Organize catering for meetings
- Ensure that the reception & common areas are always clean and neat & supervise the Housekeeping Attendant
- Ensure back up when absent from reception desk
- Invoicing & admin
Required Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills & Positive Attitude
- Ability to work well with others
- Attentive to details
- Friendly & smiling
- Good communication skills (spoken and writen)
- Administrative skills
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Organizational skills
- Listening and understanding skills
