📅 Coordinate Meetings & Schedules
Organize meetings, appointments, and team events.
📝 Prepare Documents
Draft correspondence, create reports, and format documents as needed.
📦 Manage Office Supplies
Monitor inventory and place orders to keep supplies stocked.
🖨️ Operate Office Equipment
Use printers, copiers, and fax machines like a pro.
🤝 Provide Team Support
Assist staff and management with general administrative needs.
We're seeking someone who combines professionalism with a friendly, can-do attitude. You should have:
