Quality Supervisor

Inicia Ltée is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates who wish to be considered for the following post:

Main Duties

• Perform regular food safety checks along the production line to ensure conformity raw materials and products
• Ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout the system
• Promote positive food safety culture by maintaining good hygienic practices among all employees and visitors
• Maintain accurate information system and produce all necessary operational reports
• Assist the Quality Officer in carrying sampling and follow up on training
• Assist food safety team in audits
• Ensure compliance to government regulations, company policies and health and safety procedures

Profile

• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Familiar with food hygiene
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Quick learner
• Ready to work odd hours
• Attention to details
• Competency in MS Office
• Holder of a valid driving licence (motorcycle or car)

Qualifications

• Holder of a Higher School Certificate or alternative equivalent qualifications
• Relevant work experience in the food manufacturing industry would be an advantage
