Quality Officer- Hennessy Park Hotel

Quality systems of the hotel (including food safety , TQM, environment, health and safety among others) Ensure effective and efficient implementation (if any), maintenance, coordination and continual improvement of the quality systems* of the hotel.

• •Degree holder in food science/food safety or any equivalent qualifications
  •At least 1-2 years of experience in same position.   Experience in hospitality operations will be an advantage.
  •Exposure and experience in different quality systems (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14000) will be an advantage. 
  •Strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communications
  •Excellent analytical skills and eyes for details
  •Excellent people management, interpersonal skills and observation skills
  •Well versed with relevant laws, regulations and standards
