Quality Controller/Driver

Leal & Co Ltd is actually looking for a quality controller/driver.

MAIN FUNCTION:

Responsible to perform rigorous quality control and test drive after completion of repairs to ensure zero defects on work performed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To analyse, query and understand the nature of the complaints reported on the Service Order so as to ensure an efficient road test

- To pay special attention to customer requests and complaints to perform an accurate quality control and certify that the work performed has been efficiently carried out

- To perform meticulous observation during the road test and ensure that any defect not identified by the customer is duly reported

- To report any anomaly identified during the road test in relation to the work requested by the customer and perform proper follow up to ensure that the anomaly is dealt with efficiently

EXPERIENCE:

- At least SC

- At least 5 years driving experience

- A knowledge of Automobile Mechanic

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

-Clean driving license

- Good team spirit

- Good communication skills (English and French) both written and spoken

- Computer literate
