The Quality Assurance Analyst assists the QA Manager to develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures within the organization. The candidate will also ensure maintenance of ISO standards within the company
Responsibilities
- Assist the QA Manager in daily tasks
- Manage new projects on transition phase
- Follow up on performance of operations through KPIs and Metrics
- Recommend improvement on performance and quality for all operations
- Maintain ISO 27001 certification
- Review policies, procedures and processes on a yearly basis
- Provide ISO 27001 training sessions across the organization on a yearly basis
- Report on all non-conformities to QA Manager
- Ensure compliance with Information Security policy requirements across the organization
- Perform ISO internal audits as and when required
- Research and investigation into technology and process to achieve best practice
- Perform any cognate duties as may be required
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- 3-4 years’ experience in a quality assurance role
- Bachelor Degree (Preferably in IT, Quality Management, Business Management)
- Experience in setting up quality assurance tools and ISO implementation required
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proactive problem solving skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
- Good communication skills in English and French
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
