QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

Looking for a dynamic Quality Assurance Officer to consistently drive Total Quality throughout the Beverage and Food site based on AIBI, FSSC and QAS criteria.

The key responsibilities and tasks will include the following:

1)      Support the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) operation by assisting in the update and management of the documentation according to the established procedure for the maintenance of the files, records and knowledge management.

2)      To conduct training on GMP, Food Safety and Personal Hygiene.

3)      To verify Market return on a daily basis.

4)      Conduct verification of corrective actions proposed by auditor.

5)      Ensure that GMP & Internal audits based on AIBI, ISO 22000, HACCP, QAS, FSSC are done as per audit calendar and to compile a summary graph of the GMPs on a monthly basis.

6)      Provide support in the development of procedures.

7)      Reviews legislative developments to define changes in legal requirements probable effects on company’s manufacturing activities.

8)      Perform TAM on a fortnight basis and provide report accordingly.

9)      To do follow up on all Non-Conformities report raised.

10)  Perform any other cognate duties related to the Quality department as assigned by the Factory Manager or Management.

Required quailification:  BSc Science subjects or BEng egineering
