QUALITY ASSURANCE CONTROLLER - (BEACHCOMBER CATERING)

Beachcomber Catering is looking for a dynamic Quality Assurance Controller to join their Food Safety Team

Main Responsibilities:

• To assist in the day to day running of the Quality Assurance department
• To assist in the monitoring and verification of the food safety/quality management system

Qualifications & Experience:

• BSc (Hons) in Food Science and Technology or equivalent qualification
• Appropriate fulltime work experience of at least 2 years in the field of Food Safety and Quality Control
•  Recent experience in the Food industry is compulsory

• Fluent in oral and written English and French
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ready to perform odd hours of work, including Sundays, Public Holidays and cyclonic days
