MedActiv is presently looking for a Purchasing Coordinator who will be responsible for the ordering and stock management of all outlets within the retail operations.
MedActiv is presently looking for a Purchasing Coordinator who will be responsible for the ordering and stock management of all outlets within the retail operations.
The job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with the different stakeholders to secure the best possible deals with a focus on improving the overall profitability.
- Monitor suppliers’ performance and ensure the timely delivery of all products.
- Create and send purchase orders to vendors.
- Update sales trends and seasonality factors to have a more accurate ordering point and monthly holding stock in pharmacies.
- Ad-hoc reporting as and when required by the Management.
- Adhere to all internal policies, procedures and applicable laws.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Management.
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Other Requisites
- Results and target driven.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft Office Tools.
