Public Relations and Marketing Manager

The Public Relations & Marketing Manager will play a key role in coordinating and implementing all public relations, marketing and communication strategies at LUX* Grand Baie.

• Oversee the development and implementation of the hotel’s public relations and marketing activities to effectively communicate promotions to all relevant target markets.
• Actively develop strategic media relations to secure comprehensive coverage of the hotel’s marketing initiatives and events.
• Identify and design integrated PR and social media programs that enhance the property experience by highlighting unique and newsworthy stories, while leveraging emerging opportunities.
• Liaise with the Regional Headquarters’ Sales & Marketing Team to execute tailored strategies for LUX* Grand Baie.
• Provide feedback to the Management on the hotel’s Public Relations performance through detailed and reliable reports.
• Promote and enhance the image of LUX* Grand Baie through the company’s website, brochures, advertising campaigns, events, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging and innovative content for the website and other PR related pitching requirements.
