Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Maintain effective communication with internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure the successful completion of numerous projects.
Ensure that resources are available and that they are appropriately allocated
Create a detailed project plan that will allow you to track and monitor your progress.
Create comprehensive project plans that will be shared with clients and other staff members.
Maintain control over changes in the project scope, project schedule, and project expenses by employing appropriate verification tools.
Performance should be measured using the proper project management tools and procedures.
If necessary, report to management and escalate the situation.
Maintain effective communication with the client and other key parties.
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to obtain detailed ordering briefs and to clarify specific project requirements.
Delegate project tasks based on the individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels of junior staff members.
