Our Client is seeking to recruit a Project Manager for its operations.
Responsibilities:
. Responsible for managing a telecom & civil works project rollout to meet project delivery, customer service and revenue goals.
. Has strong experience and skillset in managing construction & civil works projects as well as Telecom project deployments.
. Is able to Lead project team and cross-organizational processes (civil works contractors, field engineers, customer support, etc.) by coordination with relevant functional personnel.
. Has good understanding & management of customer needs; is able to align expectation & develop partnership with the customer while insuring ECI's priorities.
. Define workflow process including: project plan, task assignment, timetables, deliverables and responsibilities matrix with the customer.
. Managing & controlling project operating expenses including logistics aspects.
. Experience in managing high level customer meetings, has excellent English communications skills.
. Ensures revenue growth, account penetration and customer satisfaction. Analyze customer requirements, identifies tasks, assigns and coordinates resources and creates/tracks project schedules. Ensures clear communication and timely resolution of issues. May participate in the development of sales and services strategies with the specific customer.
Profile:
. Degree in Project Management and Telecommunication
. Experience in Telecommunication and Civil work
. Minimum 5 -7 years of experience
. Good organizational and communication skills
. Excellent leaderships skills
. Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
