Project Leader for Corporate Finance Outsourcing

The candidate will be responsible for data pack preparation for due diligence projects, analysis of accounting and management reports of target companies. He/She will work closely with foreign Corporate Finance teams to provide continuous data compilation support during the due diligence process

Responsibilities

•	Support foreign Corporate Finance teams in converting raw financial data to structured data packs on a timely basis for due diligence engagements
•	Work closely with foreign Corporate Finance teams to provide continuous/other value-added support during the due diligence process
•	Supervision of a team in the preparation of data packs to ensure quality of the data packs is maintained
•	Supervision of a team preparing accounts in IFRS/ UK GAAP / US GAAP 
•	Organisation of the team to meet client KPIs 
•	Assessment of team performance on a regular basis

Experience

• Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in Accounting/Audit/Finance
• Extensive recent experience in due diligence and data pack preparation within a corporate finance environment would be an advantage
• Experience in the preparation of UK GAAP / IFRS / US GAAP financial statements
• UK experience will be a plus 

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or fully ACCA/ACA  qualified

• Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Excellent management skills
• Willingness to travel abroad and work odd hours when required
• Fluent in English
• Good supervisory skills
