Production Supervisor

Gamma Materials is looking for a dynamic Production Supervisor to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.       Production

• To organise and optimize the tasks of your team
• To optimize the production process
• To ensure proper purchase / acquisition of supplies from internal suppliers or external suppliers for continuous production
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors
• To ensure quality control on production and ensures products are conform to organisational standards.

2.       Repairs and Maintenance

• To ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs
• To ensure that the maintenance planning is adhered to
• To ensure that spare parts for plants are available for maintenance works
• To ensure historical follow up of maintenance works carried out

3.       Reporting

• To draft daily reports on production, stock levels of finished goods and raw materials, timekeeping of employees and subcontractors
• To perform necessary billing to suppliers, subcontractors and clients
• To provide any other reports which deem necessary by management

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• Relevant experience in a similar position

Competences

• Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applications.
• Proactive, disciplined, and willing to take challenges
• Capable of working under pressure & being result oriented
• Good communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively with the team member
