Job Description:
Training and Development:
- Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop and implement training programs.
- Conduct regular training & awareness sessions.
- Track and report on training effectiveness and staff progress.
- Onboarding of new team members.
Productivity Enhancement:
- Regularly monitor and communicate key productivity indicators.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Actively participate in initiatives aimed at ongoing process enhancements.
- Provide regular reports on productivity & process improvements.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Perform routine health and safety inspections.
- Ensure all production employees are up-to-date with safety training.
- Keep comprehensive health and safety records.
- Act as a liaison with the health and safety officer on issues related to the production department.
Operational Support:
- Offer daily support for the smooth running of productions processes.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Work with R&D to test and implement new processes.
Profile:
- Minimum Degree in Management/Operations & Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification.
- Computer literate with knowledge of IT Tools.
- Working experience in manufacturing/industrial sector or similar environment would be an advantage.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in team and encourage participation of team members.
- Self Starter.
