Production Manager (2505-PMGR)

Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking to recruit a Production Manager who will oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and draw up a production schedule every three week.
• In charge of production workshop.
• Set up quality standards.
• Liaise with different departments, teams, and companies.
• Control daily productivity of each worker.
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.
• Control daily percentage production.
• Daily meeting with team leaders.
• Weekly meeting and production report for Madagascar.
• Plan expedition to send to Madagascar.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are always followed.
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
• Review worker performance and identify training needs.

Profile:

• Diploma or Degree in Operations Management or any equivalent qualification.
• At least 4 years' experience in a similar position or in Production field.
• Knowledge with injection machine would be an advantage.
• Planning and Organization skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines.
• Results-driven approach to work.
• Ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
