Job Summary

Collaborate with internal clients to execute procurement operations such as : identification of procurement sourcing opportunities, supplier sourcing, Request For Proposal, commercial negotiation, contract setting up and signature, stakeholders management, guidelines / policies compliance management, achievement of Procurement KPI and development of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

 -Identify opportunities of cost reduction or quality / service improvement

-Challenge internal clients’ needs and help them clarify specifications

-Source preferred suppliers

-Find the best combination of price, services and terms for the company

-Manage negotiations with suppliers

-Manage approvals by leading RFP Decision Committee

-Ensure that contracts are signed with suppliers in collaboration with Legal Department

-Oversee that there is no conflict of interest or corruption between suppliers and Accenture

-Ensure that suppliers fully respect Mauritian laws

-Liaise with the procurement team mainly based in France

-Ensure that Accenture policies, process and procedure are fully applied

-Ensure Accenture best interests

-Manage Customer and Supplier relation (regular meetings each quarter and when the need rises)

-Escalate any issue/ concern with your leadership
