Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders for suppliers and arrange for delivery
- Request for quotes/ info for products, materials, equipment and services as per procedure
- Coordinate the complete procurement-related activities such as payments, permit, transport & logistics, store notification, costing, facilitating PRC and all order-related issues until completion of order
- Coordinate & facilitate reverse logistics such as the return of faulty goods and their replacement
- Ensure costing, purchase receipts are made promptly upon delivery at stores & as well as on-site through effective follow-up & coordination with concern
- Maintain up-to-date filing system on suppliers contact details, pricelist and ensure immediate & accurate access to information
- Ensure that complaints with document issues, defects in materials purchased and quality of service are addressed to suppliers
- Administrative tasks
- Any other cognate duties
Qualifications & Experience:
- School Certificate
- 2 - 3 years of proven working experience in procurement (preferably MEP sector)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and word, in particular)
Other Requisites:
- Capable of working in a team and being results-oriented
- Able to handle work within tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, communication and multitasking skills
