General Construction is looking for a detail-oriented and organised Printing & Filing Officer to support office operations in stationery administration, printing coordination, and document archiving.
Key Responsibilities:
Stationery Coordination:
- Monitor and maintain stationery inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers for orders and quotations.
- Distribute stationery across departments and track usage.
- Organise storage areas for efficient access.
Printing Coordination:
- Handle print requests from various departments.
- Ensure timely completion of printing tasks.
- Monitor and maintain printing equipment, arranging repairs when needed.
- Report and track printing-related issues.
Document Archiving & Filing:
- Organise and maintain both physical and digital records.
- Implement archival procedures in line with company policies.
- Maintain an up-to-date digital archive system.
- Coordinate retrieval and proper disposal of archived materials.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic printing tools.
- Knowledge of filing and archiving systems (digital and physical).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in stationery, printing, or document management.
