Main responsibilities:

 • Welcomes, greets, provides service and bids farewell to guests according to Hotel standards and procedures

• Carries guest luggage to and from their room

• Addresses guest inquiries and directs them to the relevant personnel

• Ensures the ‘mise en place’ of cold towels (or other amenities) to be given to arriving guests

• Ensures the replenishment of linen and amenities in departure lounge

• Uses properly and safely all equipment and material made available

• Maintains and upkeeps cleanliness of working areas and all equipment and material entrusted to him/ her.
