To coordinate and monitor electrical, mechanical maintenance and repair works on different sites
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Technicians on site
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance and repair teams
- Implement testing and commissioning procedures for MEP equipment
- Apply all Health & Safety procedures as per Company policy
- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical/electronic control systems
- Liaise with clients on operation and maintenance of sites including building services
- Assist with sourcing of equipment and subcontracting of services
- Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all MEP services on a 24-hour basis
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in Building/MEP Services Maintenance
- Knowledge in any maintenance management system would be an advantage
Other Requisites:
- Fully conversant with AutoCAD and MS Office
- Self-organizer with strong analytical and managerial skills
- Willing to work at odd hours and on 24/7 shift system
- Holder of a valid driving license
