As the People Lead at Medine Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational success by attracting top talent, enhancing employee satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency. This multifaceted role encompasses talent acquisition, employee engagement, administration, and process improvement, contributing to the continued growth and success of Medine Group.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier talent across various functions and industries within the group.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and offer negotiations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to position Medine Group as an employer of choice in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand talent needs and proactively address staffing requirements to support organizational objectives.

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬:
  • Conduct regular assessments and surveys to measure employee satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee retention, morale, and productivity, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Organize and facilitate team-building activities, training sessions, and recognition programs to promote professional development and employee recognition across the organization.

𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
  • Oversee HR administration functions, including personnel records management, assis in payroll processing, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Utilize HR systems and technology to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency, while upholding the highest standards of data security and confidentiality.
  • Stay abreast of emerging HR trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize HR operations and enhance the employee experience.

𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬:
  • Evaluate and enhance HR systems, processes, and workflows to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across Medine Group's diverse businesses.
  • Standardize HR practices and policies where applicable, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Leverage technology and automation tools to simplify and streamline HR operations, enhancing user experience and driving process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR systems with other business systems and processes, facilitating seamless data flow and information exchange.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR administration, preferably within a diverse and dynamic organization.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership abilities with a track record of driving results and managing projects effectively in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and employee matters.
