Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven People Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will oversee and enhance our compensation and benefits programs while driving operational efficiency across HR functions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring fair, competitive pay structures, improving benefits offerings and streamlining HR processes to better serve employees and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation & Benefits Management:

    • Lead the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Perform salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments based on market trends.
    • Manage benefits offerings, ensuring they are comprehensive, cost-effective and aligned with employee needs.
    • Ensure compliance with all compensation and benefits-related regulations and policies.
    • Provide strategic guidance on compensation matters to leadership.
  • Operational Efficiency:

    • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and drive efficiency through automation and workflow enhancements.
    • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and make improvements.
    • Lead projects to streamline HR operations, reduce administrative burdens and enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Employee Experience & Communication:

    • Foster transparency in compensation and benefits policies to improve employee understanding and engagement.
    • Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding compensation, benefits and HR process questions.
    • Ensure programs are aligned with company culture and values, contributing to a positive employee experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in compensation, benefits or HR operations.
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits plans, and relevant HR regulations.
  • Experience with HR technology and data analysis (Knowledge in Sicorax is a must)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
