Ensure a learning process of all operatives and monitor that they have the appropriate skills and stay competent for their jobs after the identification and of the training needs.
Collaborate with management and the Head of People development to identify training needs
Pre and Post training evaluation
Design trainings according to needs
Deliver training to staff and operatives and provide appropriate guidance
Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures with the Head of People development
Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
Assist the Head of People development with the training budgets
Prepare training materials and support such as module summaries, videos, and presentations
Train and guide newcomers and existing Team Members
Organize a training calendar and schedule appropriate training sessions
