We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our Human Resource team. This role offers an opportunity to support the design and implementation of comprehensive L&D solutions, driving growth for our company and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the L&D Manager in implementing the L&D strategy and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Play a key role in establishing the L&D function as a centre of excellence within CJ.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (MQA, HRDC, EDB) through precise and accurate documentation.
- Submit timely and relevant documents to HRDC, manage reconciliation, and monitor HRDC refund processes.
- Maintain employee records with high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Conduct post-training evaluations and effectively use training management software.
- Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor L&D projects and events to achieve objectives.
- Monitor L&D expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and promote transparency and accountability.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including vendors and suppliers.
- Serve as a point of contact, providing support to colleagues on L&D-related matters.
- Actively seek feedback and assess the effectiveness of learning programs, implementing improvements as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Communication or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MQA and HRDC Processes.
- Good communication skills.
