QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
•Diploma/Graduate – Accounting, Business, Communication, HR or Management
•ACCA level 1/2
• At least 1-3 years of experience in Payroll Coordination/Computation
The following would be an advantage:
- Experience in using CRM, Microsoft Excel
- Experience in processing payroll for client companies
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
• Good understanding of the payroll processes
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Efficient & deadline driven
• Ensure seamless coordination throughout the process
• Willingness to work at UK hours (13hrs-22hrs)
• Willingness to work at shift hours/on rotational basis if required
• Good Knowledge of IT (Microsoft Excel, Visio, Project)
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain portal sites
• Create calendars/deadline timetables on an annual basis
• Control project calls
• Maintain and update issue logs
• Adhere to all Risk & Compliance procedures in line with company and the client's expectations
