Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Search Ads 360 to achieve clients' KPIs.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
- Oversee campaign budgets, bid strategies, and targeting settings to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective results.
- Optimize ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to increase the effectiveness of campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with SEO, display, and social teams to develop integrated marketing strategies and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Stay informed on the latest trends, search engine updates, and best practices to ensure strategies are innovative and forward-thinking.
- Regularly present campaign performance insights and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear communication of results and next steps.
- Ensure all paid search strategies are in line with the client's overall marketing and business goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a paid search role, ideally within an agency setting.
- Experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Search Ads 360.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools; familiarity with Looker Studio is a plus.
- Solid understanding of SEM, PPC, and paid search management best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
