PNL is recruiting a Purchasing & Logistics Clerk to assist in the daily operational tasks related to Inbound logistics operations and act as the point of contact with suppliers for all aspects of purchasing, including sales forecasts, order processing, shipment follow-up, & stock optimization.
DUTIES:
- Adhere to monthly ordering process.
- Prepare purchase orders and communicate to stakeholders.
- Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for reordering purposes.
- Respond to supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve pending matters.
- Perform any cognate duties as may be assigned by Manager and/or Supervisor.
PROFILE:
- Higher School Certificate.
- At least two years of work experience in purchasing.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and Excel formulas.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Should demonstrate an analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
