End-to-end management of projects including all aspects of Project Planning, Project Implementation, Project Control, and final delivery of projects meeting customer expectations of Time, Quality and within Budget.
Strategic management of Human Resources.
Effective financial management including project payments and invoicing; project receivables and billings. Good understanding of basic revenue models and P/L; meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
As the project lead, and in the capacity of Project Manager, work collaboratively with Account Manager and Marketing Management to develop strategies and specific approaches to be able to identify sales opportunities during project implementation.
Manages the Service Life-Cycle for key customers, which includes the provisioning, operation, and continual improvement of Huawei's Technical Support Service to ensure network safety, stability, reliability and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent;
A minimum of 5 years project management experience.
