PRODUCTION MANAGER

Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will assist Management in the strategy implementation and ensure follow-up on execution of objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will assist Management in the strategy implementation and ensure follow-up on execution of objectives.

You will ensure organising and scheduling of daily production according to Supply chain requirements.

Actively present on the production floor, you will ensure agreed decisions are implemented optimally to maximise company interests.

As a key member of the production continuous improvement process, you will ensure that ISO & HACCP, as well as internal procedures are rigorously respected.

You will participate actively in HR and financial decisions related to your department.

PROFILE

Degree in Operations/Production Management.

Reliable & dynamic with a positive attitude.

Be able to work odd hours, on Sundays and Public Holidays if needed.

Meticulous and well organised.

Team player, trustworthy and strong leadership skills.

Good mastery of MS Office.

At least 10 years work experience in a production environment and 5 years in a similar management position.

An MBA would be an advantage
