The PR Distribution Specialist is responsible for ensuring approved PRs are processed according to category rules as well as checking their accuracy and quality.
Distribute PRs
- Review open PRs, correct or reject
- Perform quality checks within the PRs
- Indicate to the requestor the correct way of creating PRs in case of wrong PRs
- Be able to match Text PRs to existing contracts or catalogues
- Send valid PRs to Spot Buyers per category card
- Update PR with revised bids, when applicable
General Activities
- Solve tickets issues (Contact requestor, buyer or supplier)
- Return solution to Helpdesk team
- Escalate issues to RPSS Operations Manager
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor in International Business Management, Procurement, Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience in Purchasing or Procurement
