RESPONSIBILITIES The PA to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides high-level administrative and operational support in a dynamic hospitality environment. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual with strong multitasking abilities and exceptional communication skills.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  The successful candidate will be assigned the following responsibilities:

Executive Support

Manage the COO's daily Calendar, including scheduling meetings,appointment, travel arrangement, ensuring efficient time management.

serve as the primary point of contact between the COO and the internal/External stakeholders, maintaining professionalism in aall intercations.

Communication and correspondence

Hnadle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the COO, oncludingemails, calls and messages.

Project coordination  and Research

Assist in the coordination of special projects, including research, data collection and analisis for operational improvements.

Support the COO in preparing reports, presentations and data summaries for executive and board meetings.

Administrative support

Event and meeting coordination

Liaison and relationship Management

Act as liaison between the COO and the hotel/Resort departments, building effective working relationship to facilitate smooth communication.

Handle confidential information with discretion aand maintain high level of professionalism and integrity

Problem Solving and Decission making

Proactively identify issues and resolve them promptly of escalate as necessary.

Making independent decisions on administrative ,matters to support the COO's priorities and reduce their workload.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management, Business adminstration or a related field

- Certificate in Secretarial Courses

- Minimum 2 years' related working experience in an execitive assistant role, ideally within the       hospitality industry.

- Computer literate especially well acquainted with Microsoft Office


REQUIRED SKILLS


- Good organisational & communication skills

- Good written and spoken skills in English & French

- Dynamic & pro-active

- Ability to handle multiple task, prioritize and work under pressure in a fast paced environment

- Ability to evolve in a team environment

- Preference will be given to candidates living in the Southern region
