We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to drive growth and leadership within the hospitality division. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading diverse teams and implementing hotel/Opera strategies.
  • Positioning hotel services in the market.
  • Analyzing and improving business processes for efficiency.
  • Developing marketing strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Managing headcount and ensuring the right skills are in place.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities.

  • Leading the strategic growth of hotel products and services.

  • Managing large, complex sales opportunities with innovative solutions.

  • Overseeing the effective leadership and people management of teams.

  • Ensuring financial performance through budgeting and cost control.

  • Manage and monitor financial performance through budget reviews and analysis of financial reports.

  • Implement cost-control measures and revenue enhancement strategies

  • Collaborating with sales teams to develop marketing strategies.

  • Ensuring that customers software solution is kept current and up to date.

Qualifications:

  • Matric/Grade 12 (or equivalent).

  • Degree/Diploma in Operations Management (MBA/MBL is a plus).

  • 10-15 years of management experience, with a focus on hospitality.

  • Thorough knowledge of Opera product and hospitality qualifications.
