Job Role:

Collaborate with the Host & Property Manager in the day-to-day operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Host & Property Manager in various operational tasks such as apartment audits, sourcing the best suppliers for apartment interventions, handling reports, managing inventories, processing invoices, and other related duties.

Coordinate with service providers to address maintenance issues.

Perform general administrative tasks, including managing emails, contracts, and other office duties.

Organize, file, and retrieve internal documents and reports as needed.

 

Candidate Profile:

Minimum qualification of Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.

Must reside in the South.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in both written and spoken English and French, with strong communication skills.

Fluent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel..).

Honest, accountable, and proactive with a positive attitude.

Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Results-driven with a strong work ethic.

Flexible, with the ability to work after hours when necessary.
