Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and safeguarding financial integrity? As an Onboarding Officer (KYC), you will manage the client onboarding process, conduct thorough background checks, and ensure all KYC documents are in place to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
Job Description:
- Document Processing: Handle documents processing and account approvals in CRM systems.
- Client Onboarding: Manage the full onboarding journey, ensuring relevant KYC documents are in place.
- Background Checks: Conduct client screening and run various background checks.
- Monitoring: Monitor OCR systems and robot activity to identify unusual patterns.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries from both internal and external customers regarding the onboarding process.
- Coordination: Coordinate with service providers and different departments for smooth information transfer.
- Reporting: Report any suspicious activities to relevant departments.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in KYC or compliance roles.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
