Office Attendant
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness of the office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and restroom facilities.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and office consumables as needed.
- Assist in preparing and setting up meeting rooms, including arranging furniture, equipment, and refreshments.
- Deliver documents, packages, or other items within the office or to external locations.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, or refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and parcels to appropriate staff members.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from staff for assistance.
- Car Wash
- Support other departments in small tasks, such as carrying items, arranging files
- Any other cognate duties,
