To reinforce our dynamic team, we are looking forward to recruiting an energetic and young candidate for the post of an OUTDOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present, promote and sell using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost benefit analysis and needs of existing and potential customers.
  • Follow-up, establish and maintain good business practices and customer relations.
  • Solution-oriented person and customer’s satisfaction should be his/her main objective.
  • Achieve sales target and outcomes within schedules.
  • Be able to work in team and coordinate with other staff members to bring an undisturbed service level.
  • Through proper feedbacks, provide ample information on market trends, customer needs, price practices, and competitiveness of market.
  • Participate in idea generation for potential new products.

 

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

  • Diploma or Degree in Agricultural field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in agricultural sector will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organisational skills.
  • Holder of a clean and valid driving license.
