Reporting to the OPD Team Lead, the selected candidate will be responsible to manage both the Customer Service Support and Patient Care Officer Team in Out-Patient Department.

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Responsible for Patient Care Officer Roster for Out-Patient department
  • Liaise with payroll department for correction of anomalies in attendance
  • Reception and transmission of information by mail/fax to concerned parties
  • Develop, motivate, and train all respective team members through regular meetings and trainings.
  • Complaint handling
  • Assist in managing all operational activities of the OPD Bay
  • To prepare and send daily ward census
  • Assisting the Team Lead with the attendance system (Vipertex)
  • Greeting of patients and professionally provide any assistance as may be required

 

What are we looking for?

  •  HSC/SC Holder
  •  Ability to establish strong, collaborative working relationships with other stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years proven work experience in similar position
