Reporting to the OPD Team Lead, the selected candidate will be responsible to manage both the Customer Service Support and Patient Care Officer Team in Out-Patient Department.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for Patient Care Officer Roster for Out-Patient department
- Liaise with payroll department for correction of anomalies in attendance
- Reception and transmission of information by mail/fax to concerned parties
- Develop, motivate, and train all respective team members through regular meetings and trainings.
- Complaint handling
- Assist in managing all operational activities of the OPD Bay
- To prepare and send daily ward census
- Assisting the Team Lead with the attendance system (Vipertex)
- Greeting of patients and professionally provide any assistance as may be required
What are we looking for?
- HSC/SC Holder
- Ability to establish strong, collaborative working relationships with other stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Minimum 3-5 years proven work experience in similar position
