We are currently seeking experienced hotelier to join the SO Family.
- Take over from the previous shift and pass on all relevant information to the next shift, including guest in-house, events, and issues to be clarified /completed;
- Effectively and efficiently manage the operation of nights;
- Carry out regular rounds; check all areas of the hotel and all the ambassadors on night shift;
- Act as a support to all ambassadors during the night in order to ensure a smooth, prompt and professional service;
- Undertake regular spot check at the reception, security postings, greeting pavilion and any other department in service;
- Be knowledgeable of the Guest Services Auditor tasks;
- Deal with guests’ complaints and ensure prompt satisfaction of the guest;
- Good knowledge of the hotel credit policy;
- Able to do a check-in and check-out of guests at any time;
- Follow-up with Guest Services Auditor to ensure wake up calls are done as per guest request;
- Follow-up with Butler to ensure room service and early breakfast are done in room as per guest request;
- Verify registration form for arrival guests on the system;
- Release of midnight ambassador transport;
- Assist security ambassadors to conduct bag search when ambassadors are departing at night;
- Organize bar closing transport upon request of responsible of bar;
- Monitoring the Gardeners and pool attendant early tasks;
- Ensure Le Flamboyant and Main Kitchen are manned accordingly and everything is ready for breakfast.
- Ensure the cafeteria is manned for breakfast.
