You will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to immerse you in all facets of our operations, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to excel and grow within the company.

 

Your Role:

  • Involved in the preparation of financial statements for GBCs, including CIS
  • Support the preparation of Net Asset Valuations (NAV) and reporting to investors
  • Preparation of tax computation and filing with the Mauritius Revenue Authority (Corporate Tax, APS, TDS and PAYE returns)
  • Liaising with auditors
  • Preparation of trade confirmations for investments on Asian and European markets
  • Preparation of instructions to banks and custodians
  • Assist in preparation of Private Equity valuation reports
  • Support the preparation and analysing of research reports on investment targets

 

Your Expertise and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the financial sector, with a background in Banking, Accounting, Fund Administration, or related fields.
  • A University Degree in Accountancy or Finance, and/or qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CFA (qualified or partly qualified).
  • An eager interest to understand financial instruments and cross-border investments, in both listed and private equity spaces.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, and experience with using an accounting software, is a plus.
