Motor Vehicle Insurance Officer to work in a leasing company.
• Issue quotations and prepare contracts for motor and non-motor insurance policies.
• Attend monthly meetings and trainings with Insurance companies.
• Engage with existing customers to update their respective Insurance file to ensure that we reach +99% of all vehicles being insured with TCAP.
• Challenge the current system and engage in kaizen processes with all team members.
• To support dealerships on open days with leasing and insurance products.
• Updating client database and uploading payments on SAGE.
• Ensuring policy and regulatory compliance and raising concerns on any insurance processes not being respected.
• Liaising with banks for payments effected by clients via direct debit or standing orders.
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to increase TCAP’s competitiveness in the market.
• Monitoring repayments of debts.
