Motor Surveyor

The Motor surveyor will be responsible to survey accidental cars, estimates repairs and related costs, Prepare survey report and follow-up all suspicious cases.

Main Responsibilities:

• Examine and evaluate the loss reports and assessments, as well as the claim application

• Ascertain the validity of the Claim and ensure that the damaged vehicle is surveyed

• Conduct objective, thorough and timely investigation into allegations of fraud committed by claimants

• To manage escalations from customers or channels

• Dealing with outside vendors to complete the task within a set Deadline

Requirements:

• NC3 in Automotive Mechanic / Any equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in Mechanic

• Result-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines

• Valid Driving License with a clean driving record (5 years)

• Self-motivation, good communication skills and ability to work independently

• Good physical fitness
