Driver Despatch/Distribution Collection Banking

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, documents, or personnel to designated locations by adhering to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient travel.
• Maintain the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle.
• Deliver packages, documents, or other items to clients or between company locations.
• Collect and distribute incoming mail, packages, or other deliveries and obtain signatures or other proof of delivery as required.
• Perform banking-related tasks such as depositing checks or withdrawing funds as required for business operations with utmost security and attention.
• Payment of utilities and licenses at government authorities as maybe applicable.
• Depositing of original letters and invoices to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist with the movement of company vehicles to workshops and/or place of service.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors to coordinate delivery schedules and update on delivery status.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner during interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Assist with various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry and front office duties.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents, including letters, memos, and reports.
