World Knits Ltd is seeking to hire an Account Holder or Senior Merchandiser to work in the Merchandising department on a full-time basis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Closely monitor sampling approval process and liaise with clients for approval to go ahead;
- Reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand;
- Work on product development and the price proposal for the clients;
- Work within World Knit’s corporate culture, designated objectives to achieve customer satisfaction and meet the KPIs for operational excellence;
- Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders and the supply chain to meet customers’ needs;
- keep track of the position of the order that is being processed in the factory from development stage up to bank transaction.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Higher School Certificate
- Bachelor degree would be advantageous
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in textile environment;
- Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles;
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools mainly excel and power query;
- At ease with numbers and data analysis.
