Merchandiser act as a bridge between the company and its clients and provide a good customer satisfaction service.
1. Responsible to create and maintain a good customer-company relation
2. Responsible of an order from the Lab dip request till the production stage and final products
3. Ensure zero lateness in shipment bookings and shipping documents to customers
4. Help the marketing team to forecast fashion, design and develop products for the customers
5. Make pricing with the Merchandise executive and prepare purchasing orders.
6. Always attempt to bring in new customers and gain market share
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Best candidates are those who are willing to join a fast growing textile industry with the following profile:
1. Candidate should have an HSC with good results
2. Having a prior experience as merchandiser in the textile industry would be an advantage
3. Master fact-based selling techniques
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Dynamic with good interpersonal skills.
