The job incumbent will drive the development and execution of both traditional and digital marketing strategies. This role combines expertise in offline campaigns with cutting-edge digital marketing techniques to enhance customer engagement, brand visibility, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy, budget, and calendar that align traditional marketing campaigns with digital initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with design team for the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
- Oversee SEO/SEM, paid advertising, social media and content creation.
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting and community engagement.
- Update website content and ensure it aligns with the full line-up and promotional activities
- Analyze customer insights, sales trends, and market dynamics to refine marketing initiatives.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with advertising agencies, media outlets, and influencers.
- Ensure a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints, including store layouts, advertising, and online platforms.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, merchandising, and operations, to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in retail or consumer goods.
- Expertise in digital platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of UX/UI, e-commerce, and emerging digital marketing technologies is a plus.
